HARA wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which also covers the website requirements of Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What we have done

• every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• text and buttons meet WCAG colour contrast ratios
• photos that carry meaning have text descriptions
• form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in words next to the field
• animation is reduced automatically when your device asks for reduced motion
• pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens

Known limitations

• The map of the GTA is decorative. The cities we serve are listed as text beside it.
• The spam check on our form is provided by Cloudflare. If it ever stops you, call us and we’ll take your request by phone.
